2nd Science Blossoms Conference

Dear Doctoral Students and Doctoral Candidates and Predoctoral Students!

The Doctoral School of Health Sciences of the University of Pécs along with the Working Committee of Health Sciences of the Regional Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences will organize the 2nd Science Blossoms Conference.

The theme of this year’s conference is:

„We look forward, because science must never look back.”– Katalin Karikó

In line with the theme “Science Blossoms” the speakers will have the opportunity to present their talks in the following sections, as invited speakers, or in pre-doctoral (MSc), doctoral students as well in doctoral candidate roles:

  • Reproductive Health Science
  • Monitoring of Physical Activity
  • Women's Health
  • Frontiers of Health Sciences

 

The aim of the Conference is to introduce the Doctoral School and the Working Committee to the students of the faculty, to introduce talented students, to promote a research career, to disseminate the scientific results of the Doctoral School, to present the progress of doctoral students and to summarize and discuss the results of doctoral candidates and post-doctors. Furthermore, it aims to ensure the supply of new health science researchers.

Doctoral students and doctoral candidates of Health Science Doctoral School, and pre-doctoral students of the Faculty of Health Sciences can apply by filling out and submitting the form available at the link below, by 23th March 2026:
