Dear PhD Student,

We hereby inform you that the buildings of the Faculty of Health Sciences will be closed from 20 December 2025 and will reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026 at 7:00 a.m.

Please also be informed that the Doctoral Office will be closed for all forms of administration (in person, by phone, and electronically) between 20 December 2025 and 4 January 2026.

From 5 January 2026 to 12 January 2026, the Doctoral School will be available exclusively via email at doktoriiskola@etk.pte.hu. During this period, we are unable to accept telephone or in-person inquiries.

From 12 January 2026, the Doctoral Office will resume its services on the usual days and during regular office hours.
