Dear Doctoral Student,

Please be informed that a summer working schedule will be in effect for the organizational units of the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Pécs, including the Doctoral and Habilitation Office, from 1 July 2026 to 19 August 2026. During this period, the Office will be open from Monday to Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. On Fridays, staff members will work remotely.

Throughout the above-mentioned period, the Doctoral and Habilitation Office will accept inquiries exclusively via email at doktoriiskola@etk.pte.hu. From Monday to Thursday, documents may be submitted after 2:00 p.m. at the reception desk of Building “A” in a properly addressed envelope or box. Please note that the Faculty's buildings in Pécs and at its external locations will be open between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. during the summer working schedule.

Please also be informed that the Doctoral and Habilitation Office will be closed to all forms of administration (in-person, telephone, and electronic) between 17 and 21 August 2026. Furthermore, pursuant to Joint Instruction No. 2/2026 of the Rector, Chancellor, and President of the Clinical Centre, work activities will be suspended across all faculties of the University between 3 and 8 August 2026.

The staff of the Doctoral and Habilitation Office will resume their regular office hours and administrative services from 24 August 2026.
